Ingredients
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1 (6 oz.) can thawed lemonade
- 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. pulled pieces angel food cake
Method
- Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
- Add eggs and beat.
- Stir in undiluted lemonade and water.
- Cook this custard until it coats a spoon (about 5 minutes).
- Cool.
