Ingredients

  • 2 large Salmon Filets
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 salt &pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp or 2 clives chopped garlic
  • 1/2 stick butter sliced
  • 2 layer of foil enough to wrap around and seal on top

Method

  • preheat grill
  • lightly spray foil
  • lay salmon on foil & bring the sides up so liquid doesn't pour out
  • pour wine over salmon
  • slice middle of lemon and deseed
  • use ends and squeeze juice evenly over salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • place lemon slices on salmon
  • sprinkle with parsley and garlic and fold and seal foil
  • grill 10-20 MIBs checking periodically for doneness.
  • Remove when salmon is pink and flake, enjoy!
  • So delicious and healthy too.
