Ingredients
- 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Thyme
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 whole Fresh Lemon, Juiced
Method
- Heat grill up to medium-high heat.
- Prepare aluminum sheet squares to fit chicken breasts, 2 chicken breasts on each square of foil.
- Place chicken breasts on aluminum foil, and to each, add 1 tablespoon butter, about 1 tablespoon lemon thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place on grill and cover grill.
- Let cook for 1012 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Pull off the grill, unwrap foil packets and serve immediately.
