Ingredients

  • 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Tablespoons Grass Fed Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Thyme
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • 1/2 whole Fresh Lemon, Juiced

Method

  • Heat grill up to medium-high heat.
  • Prepare aluminum sheet squares to fit chicken breasts, 2 chicken breasts on each square of foil.
  • Place chicken breasts on aluminum foil, and to each, add 1 tablespoon butter, about 1 tablespoon lemon thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Place on grill and cover grill.
  • Let cook for 1012 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Pull off the grill, unwrap foil packets and serve immediately.
