Ingredients
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 1/2 c. (12 fluid oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk
Method
- Combine ingredients in order given.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°.
- Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool; garnish, if desired, with whipped topping.
