Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 c. (12 fluid oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk

Method

  • Combine ingredients in order given.
  • Pour into unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce temperature to 350°.
  • Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  • Cool; garnish, if desired, with whipped topping.
