- 6 -8 pork chops
- 12 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 14 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
- grill or broil chops 15-30 minutes .
- Mix ingredients.
- brush sauce on.
- turning and brushing occassionally 3-5 minutes .
