Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 (7 oz.) cans minced clams
- 3 c. cubed potatoes
- 3 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry bacon until almost crisp.
- Remove and add onions; cook 5 minutes.
- Crumble bacon.
- Drain clams; reserve liquid.
- Add all ingredients except clams.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Add clams and heat 3 minutes.
