Ingredients
- 4 large stalks raw broccoli
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. golden raisins, blanched (plunge for a few seconds in boiling water)
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
Method
- Cut broccoli flowerets into bite size pieces and wash thoroughly.
- Drain well.
- Add onion, raisins and bacon.
- Mix mayonnaise, cheese, sugar and vinegar.
- Toss the 2 mixtures and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
