Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- dash of pepper
Method
- Separate chicken wings into 3 pieces.
- Discard tips.
- Marinate wings in ingredients that have been heated until the sugars dissolve.
- Cool.
- Add wings and marinate 24 hours.
- Remove wings from marinade.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
- Brush occasionally with marinade.
