Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cucumbers
Method
- Slice cucumbers thinly, take skins off, put in bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Let sit 15 minutes.
- Pour off excess liquid. Mix together other ingredients; pour on cucumbers.
- Let sit 20 minutes.
- Put in jar with liquid; store in refrigerator.
