Ingredients
- 2 lb. bulk sausage
- 2/3 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. sage
- 2 eggs
- chopped onion and parsley to taste
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine sausage, bread crumbs, sage, eggs, onion and parsley and form balls.
- Brown in skillet and drain.
