Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Method

  • Make meatballs in 1-inch diameter.
  • Brown and drain off excess fat.
  • Add
  • chopped onion and brown.
  • Add Worcestershire and tomato juice.
  • Bring
  • to
  • boil and lower heat. Stir in taco seasoning. Pour
  • into
  • slow cooker and let cook all day. When you are
  • ready to eat, add cornstarch (2 to 3 tablespoons mixed with a
  • small
  • amount of water).
  • Stir until thickened. Serve alone or on spaghetti.
