Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. ground chuck or ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Method
- Make meatballs in 1-inch diameter.
- Brown and drain off excess fat.
- Add
- chopped onion and brown.
- Add Worcestershire and tomato juice.
- Bring
- to
- boil and lower heat. Stir in taco seasoning. Pour
- into
- slow cooker and let cook all day. When you are
- ready to eat, add cornstarch (2 to 3 tablespoons mixed with a
- small
- amount of water).
- Stir until thickened. Serve alone or on spaghetti.
