- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 c. bouillon
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
Method
- Saute the onion in a little oleo.
- In a large bowl, mix stuffing mix, bouillon, ground meat, parsley, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Blend and form into a loaf pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
- Pour tomato sauce and oregano over meat loaf and return to the oven to bake 20 minutes longer.
