Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 c. bouillon
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Method

  • Saute the onion in a little oleo.
  • In a large bowl, mix stuffing mix, bouillon, ground meat, parsley, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Blend and form into a loaf pan.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
  • Pour tomato sauce and oregano over meat loaf and return to the oven to bake 20 minutes longer.
