Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 4 potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • flour
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 lb. box of small or medium shells
  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • After mixing cheese mixture well, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon some spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Spoon ingredients over sauce and spread evenly.
  • Cover with more sauce.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center is heated thru. Use extra sauce at table.
  • Can be divided and frozen.
