Ingredients

  • 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
  • 2 piece garlic, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp light soya sauce

Method

  • Boil one egg in hot water for about 2 minutes.
  • Remove egg and put aside to cool.
  • Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
  • Stir fry garlic till slightly browned.
  • Add water and light soya sauce.
  • When water starts boiling, add mee suah, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the cooked mee suah into big bowl.
  • Scoop out soft boiled egg into the bowl of mee suah.
  • Serve immediately.
