Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 24 oz. picante sauce
  • 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • tortilla shells

Method

  • Brown hamburger with onion and add picante sauce and tomatoes. Put a layer of picante sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan and then put a layer of three 8 inch tortilla shells, hamburger, tomatoes, picante sauce, sour cream and cheese and repeat again.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
