Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. bag Fritos
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies

Method

  • Blend onion sauteed in margarine with soups and tomatoes as it heats.
  • Add deboned chicken (cut into chunks) and Fritos.
  • Stir until mixture is blended with chips.
  • Pour in baking dish and top with cheese.
  • Heat 20 minutes at 350° or until cheese bubbles. Freezes well, omitting cheese.
