Ingredients
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 pork chops
Method
- Shake seasoning mix and flour in a plastic bag.
- Place each pork chop into the bag and shake to coat with mixture.
- Place seasoned chops in a microwave browning dish or 2-quart casserole dish.
- Cover with wax paper; microwave on Medium-high for 12 minutes.
- Turn chops over and rotate dish; microwave on Medium-high for 12 minutes or until chops are done.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot.
