Ingredients
- 4 c. frozen sliced unsweetened peaches
- 1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ascorbic acid
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mash peaches; combine with all ingredients in deep 2 quart casserole.
- Cover; microwave on High 2 minutes.
- Stir and cover; microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until boils for 1 minute.
- Remove. Stir 2 minutes.
- Pour into freezer container.
- Cover and freeze. Thaw to serve.
- Store in freezer up to 1 year; in refrigerator 1 month.
