Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- 1 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 graham cracker pie shells
Method
- Mix Cool Whip, condensed milk, pineapple, lemon juice, pecans and sugar together.
- Place in pie shells.
- Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
