- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, cut in half
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1-1/2 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves, finely chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
Method
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray; line with ham pieces.
- Whisk eggs, dressing, milk and seasonings in large bowl until blended.
- Stir in spinach and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into prepared muffin cups.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 15 to 18 min.
- or until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
- Cool 5 min.
