Ingredients
- biscuits chocolate
- mint syrup
- water
- 3 1/2 ounces pudding mix mint
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/8 cups whole milk
Method
- In a bowl, place a layer of biscuits and soak in mint syrup diluted with water.
- Prepare the mint pudding according to packet instructions.
- Add the cheese and sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Leave to cool and cover with chocolate topping.
- Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
