Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh pumpkin puree
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 dashes cloves
- 1 can Eagles evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 (9") deep dish pie crust
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Beat till smooth.
- Fill pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50 min.
- Pumpkin Puree: Clean out pumpkin, cut up and remove skin.
- Boil for about 15-20 min, till soft.
- Drain pumpkin.
- Place in blender.
- Puree till smooth.
