Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Sift flour and salt; cut in Crisco.
- Beat water, egg and vinegar together.
- Stir into flour mixture.
- Turn out on floured board.
- Roll to fit pan.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in 425° oven. Makes 2 crusts.
