Ingredients

  • 3 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 count)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Pinch biscuits into bite size pieces.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; roll biscuit pieces in mixture. Grease Bundt pan.
  • Put pecan chips in bottom. Roll biscuit pieces in sugar mixture and put in pan. Melt oleo and mix with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture. Spoon over biscuits.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and invert on cake plate.
