Ingredients
- 3 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 count)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Method
- Pinch biscuits into bite size pieces.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; roll biscuit pieces in mixture. Grease Bundt pan.
- Put pecan chips in bottom. Roll biscuit pieces in sugar mixture and put in pan. Melt oleo and mix with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture. Spoon over biscuits.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and invert on cake plate.
