Ingredients
- 2/3 c. chopped green olives (25-35)
- 2/3 c. chopped black olives (25-35)
- 1 7 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 anchovy, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. olive oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate 12 hours.
