Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs (1 at a time)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (3 oz.) cans Angel Flake coconut
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs.
- Beat after each egg.
- Add milk, coconut, nuts and finely crushed vanilla wafers. Bake in an angel food cake pan at 350° for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Let cool in pan.
