Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 lb. chicken, sliced thin
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Heat oil; saute chicken.
- Add celery, mushrooms, salt and soy sauce.
- Stir 2 minutes.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water; stir into chicken until it thickens.
- Serve over rice.
