Ingredients
- 1/4 c. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Combine mustard, vinegar and water in saucepan.
- Add sugar and egg yolk.
- Stir with wire whisk over medium heat.
- Beat until thickens.
- Cool.
- Whip the cream cheese with electric mixer.
- Beat in mustard mixture until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator.
