Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Method
- Mix together cake mix, flour and nuts.
- Butter a 3-quart shallow baking dish and pour pineapple into it.
- Top with flour mixture and pour butter over it.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Serves 8.
