Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 3 boxes (small) instant pudding (1 banana and 2 vanilla)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can Carnation cream
  • 1 box Nilla wafers
  • whipped cream

Method

  • Mix pudding in large bowl with milk, nutmeg, vanilla, sugar and eggs.
  • Add cream until desired texture is obtained (usually 2/3 can will be used).
  • In large serving bowl layer wafers, one sliced banana; add pudding mix (1/3 mixture), wafers, one sliced banana, 1/3 pudding mixture, wafers, one sliced banana, remaining pudding. Top with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
  • Chill 1/2 to 1 hour.
