Ingredients
- 2 c. coconut, shredded
- 1 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Spread on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° or 350° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- When browned nicely, taken out of oven.
- Let cool.
- Take 2/3 of this and put in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
- Mix pudding with milk until thick. Pur over coconut mixture.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Add reserved mixture on top.
- Refrigerate.
