Ingredients
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened (Neufchatel)
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
Method
- In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until very smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and mix well.
- Add pudding to cream cheese and gently stir or swirl to mix.
- Fold in pecans.
- Spoon mixture into 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust.
- Cover and chill before serving.
