Ingredients

  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened (Neufchatel)
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped and toasted

Method

  • In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until very smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and mix well.
  • Add pudding to cream cheese and gently stir or swirl to mix.
  • Fold in pecans.
  • Spoon mixture into 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker crust.
  • Cover and chill before serving.
