Ingredients

  • 3 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Method

  • Mix first 6 ingredients.
  • When batter is smooth, stir in next 3 ingredients.
  • Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  • Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until delicately browned.
  • Makes about 5 1/2 dozen drops.
