Ingredients
- 6 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
- dash of pepper
Method
- Mash the cream cheese with fork.
- Add mayonnaise and blend well.
- Stir in pecans, salad olives, olive juice and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Filling will be slightly mushy, but refrigerate for a few hours and it will firm to spreading consistency.
- Serve on bread, toast, lettuce or crackers.
- Can refrigerate for 1 to 2 weeks.
