Ingredients

  • 6 oz. soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. salad olives
  • 2 Tbsp. olive juice
  • dash of pepper

Method

  • Mash the cream cheese with fork.
  • Add mayonnaise and blend well.
  • Stir in pecans, salad olives, olive juice and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Filling will be slightly mushy, but refrigerate for a few hours and it will firm to spreading consistency.
  • Serve on bread, toast, lettuce or crackers.
  • Can refrigerate for 1 to 2 weeks.
