Ingredients
- 3/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets, drained
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium skillet; stir until blended. Add beets to skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 1 minute or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Yield: 4 servings.
