Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
Method
- First Layer:
- Crush Oreos (reserve 1/2 cup for topping). Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch ungreased baking pan.
- Pour melted butter over cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour.
