Ingredients
- 2 lb. small red potatoes (skin on)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, ground or crushed
- garlic powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 450° for about 30 minutes before serving. Wash potatoes thoroughly; cut each potato in quarters.
- Place in large roasting pan with oil and remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder to taste.
- Toss to coat well.
- Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender and golden brown, stirring potatoes halfway through cooking.
- Makes 4 servings.
