Ingredients
- 1 box Oreo cookies
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- chopped pecans
- 1 (4 oz.) bar sweet German chocolate
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 container Cool Whip
Method
- Crush 22 Oreos; mix with 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with the mixture (spray pan with Pam).
- Slice 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on top of lining.
- Cover with chopped pecans.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze.
