Ingredients

  • 1 box Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • chopped pecans
  • 1 (4 oz.) bar sweet German chocolate
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Method

  • Crush 22 Oreos; mix with 1/4 cup melted butter.
  • Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with the mixture (spray pan with Pam).
  • Slice 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on top of lining.
  • Cover with chopped pecans.
  • Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze.
