Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh vegetables (sliced green onion, diagonally sliced celery, bell pepper and bean sprouts)
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's Rice In An Instant

Method

  • Saute mushrooms in butter in medium saucepan.
  • Add water and bouillon.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add vegetables and soy sauce.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Cover and remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
