Ingredients
- 10 oz. fillets of flounder (or other white fish)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash lemon and herb
- 1 tsp. paprika
Method
- Combine milk and lemon juice in one dish and dry ingredients and mayonnaise in another.
- Dip fillets into milk mixture, then press into crumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Place in shallow pan and bake 10 to 12 minutes in 450° oven.
