Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. small potatoes
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- chives or parsley
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Wash and cut potatoes if large.
- Put potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch shallow dish.
- Add next 3 ingredients; toss to coat.
- Bake 35 minutes, shaking pan twice or stirring until potatoes are lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with chives or parsley. Contains 3 g fat.
