Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
- 2 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 rounded Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pie shell, baked
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and cocoa in small bowl until well blended. Melt butter in iron skillet. Add dry ingredients in butter and mix. Beat egg yolk until lemon-colored. Add milk to eggs and beat together. Add egg mixture to ingredients in skillet gradually while stirring constantly. Cool slowly. Add vanilla. Pour into cooled pie shell.
