Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, cooked
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Method
- Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream and margarine until well blended.
- Add hot potatoes, beating until smooth.
- Season to taste.
- Put in a 2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, covered.
- This can be fixed early and heated at serving time.
