Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked pasta (any shape, I first made it with elbows, but have tried lots of different shapes and they all work fine), drained, rinsed and cooled
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced pimento stuffed green olives(sliced black olives will do, but my family prefers the green in this dish)
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid from olive jar
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbls. each of cider, white wine, red wine and tarragon vinegars
  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • in a large bowl add pasta, onion, and olives. toss gently.
  • in a seperate, smaller bowl mix remaining ingrdients thoroughly.
  • pour mixture over pasta and mix gently.
  • chill before serving.
