Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- corned beef (slices)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- bacon
Method
- Line baking pan with corned beef slices (1 per breast). Wrap bacon strips (uncooked) around each chicken breast (wrap as many strips around each breast as you want, usually 2 will be fine). Mix sour cream with soup. Pour mixture over chicken breasts in pan. Bake at 250° for approximately 3 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes!!
