Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans peaches
- 1 box white cake mix
- 6 oz. peach yogurt
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 c. oatmeal (old fashion)
- 2/3 c. butter (soft)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Yup, that's it.
- Mix with hands on board or bowl.
- Roll into small balls and flatten with fork.
- Bake in 325° oven on greased cookie sheet until lightly browned, about 8 to 12 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread on top (or a square of Hershey chocolate bar) and put a nut on top of soft chocolate.
