Ingredients
- fresh peaches
- 9-inch pie crust
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
Method
- Place halves of fresh peaches on 9-inch unbaked pie shell, cut side up.
- Beat egg slightly; add sugar and flour.
- If you like cinnamon or nutmeg, add a sprinkle.
- Pour peaches.
- Bake at 375° until custard is set.
