Ingredients
- 1 recipe pastry (2 c. flour)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. sliced peaches
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. butter or oleo
Method
- Line pie pan with pastry.
- Sprinkle lightly with sugar and fill the pan with peaches.
- Pour lemon juice on top.
- Add butter or oleo and remaining sugar.
- Cover with pastry.
- Cut several gashes in the top to allow steam to escape.
