Ingredients
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. light cream
Method
- Measure sugar and syrup into 1-quart saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter and peanut butter and finely cream.
- Continue stirring to obtain a velvety smooth consistency.
- Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
- Make 1 cup. Good over ice cream.
