Ingredients
- 3 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- 2-3/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
Method
- 1.) In a medium size bowl combine your cereal and powdered sugar.
- 2.) In a medium size sauce pan, melt your butter over low heat then, add in the peanut butter and stir until melted and completely smooth.
- 3.) Mix the peanut butter mixture in with the cereal and powdered sugar. Stir until completely mixed together.
- 4.) Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5.) Form the mixture into walnut size balls and lay on the baking sheet.
- 6.) Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container.
